Items must be unused and unworn to qualify for a return. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to start your return.
How to start a return
Email MushroomGear@hotmail.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address before you send your item back.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and let you know whether it meets the return conditions. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us with your order number and photos so we can help.
