It is Men’s cut shirt and they run true to size

To help with sizing-
Large size men’s shirt measures 29 inches long and 20.5 inches across from one shoulder seam to the other.
XL shirt measures 30 inches long and 23 inches from one shoulder seam to the other.
I am 6.3 tall, 200 pounds and I wear the XL.
